Are there any special requirements?

We require that all pups in our care are up-to-date on their vaccinations including Kennel Cough and Rabies.

Do you have size restrictions?

We love dogs of all sizes and shapes, but due to the vast number of larger breeds we cater to, we are only accepting medium to large breed dogs. Large breeds typically weigh over 50 pounds and stand at least 22 inches tall at the shoulder when fully grown and Medium breed dogs weigh over 30 lbs. Focusing on larger breeds allows us to tailor our services to meet their unique needs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all our furry guests. If you have any questions about our policy or your dog's eligibility, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

My dog isn't fixed. Do you still allow unfixed pets?

We have a general policy of ensuring the well-being and safety of all the pups under our care by requesting that they be spayed or neutered before joining our household. While we typically adhere to this guideline, there may be exceptions in certain circumstances. Generally, we do accommodate puppies under 1 year old. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about availability, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

How do you handle aggressive pets?

We prioritize the safety and well-being of every pup entrusted to our care, aiming to have them return home just as healthy and happy as they arrived, if not more so. To maintain this commitment, we uphold a stringent zero-tolerance policy concerning aggression, whether it's related to food or toys. While we understand that dogs can be spirited and full of energy, we distinguish this from true aggression. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out; we're here to assist.

Are you open on holidays?

Our holiday schedule varies. We try our best to be open most holidays but sometimes we cannot accommodate all requests. If you have a question about a specific holiday, please contact us and we will confirm.

Do you have a fenced in yard?

As of summer 2024, we do not have a fenced yard. However, we are actively working towards having one in place by Fall 2024, so we encourage you to stay tuned for exciting updates on that front! Despite the absence of a fence, our canine friends enjoy the spacious and secure environment of our house, where they have ample room for play and exploration throughout the day. We're committed to ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all our pups.

Do dogs sleep out or do they need to be crate trained?

We have a policy that requires all pups in our care to undergo crate training, prioritizing their safety and well-being. Nevertheless, we understand that each pup is unique, and we make case-by-case decisions regarding whether they can remain outside their crates. Our ultimate aim is to provide the best care for every individual pup, taking into account their specific needs and behaviors
